  6. How long do you think it took the Tsunami to reach Fiji? It is most likely that wave which damaged the communications cable connecting Tonga to the rest of the world.

  7.  @directordigitaldiscoursefo4171  A mud volcano is different than a magma volcano. And in that particular case, it was completely different mechanics than your typical mud volcano. Heck, there is still doubt as to the actual cause because the data is not entirely conclusive, merely circumstantial. Will Hunga Tonga's eruption cause a volcanic winter? No. But it WILL have a noticeable impact on temperatures.

  9. Indeed. Krakatoa volcano is about the only appropriate comparison/analogy we can make with the Hunga Tonga Volcano. Even if the sizes are not the same, the mechanics, physics, and fundamentals should remain the same.
