  2. Taken too soon. I remember hearing the news. A college instructor in first aid told us that he took the tail out of his chest causing internal bleeding. Not sure if that’s completely accurate since I hadn’t heard it anywhere else. Lots of love and props to Terri, Bindi and Robert. Steve would be so proud of them.
