  2. Gene Roddenberry is at a sci fi convention to show his first pilot. A man in the back of the auditorium is holding court and not paying attention to the film. Roddenberry tells him to shut up. Sci fi promoter tells Roddenberry that he just insulted Asimov. Roddenberry wants to crawl in a hole and die. When the film is over,Roddenberry braces for boos. Instead gets wild applause.Asimov comes over,appoligises and shakes Roddenberrys hand.
