  3. It WAS fully completed. The construction completed on Sept 10 2021, and it was filled with gas by Dec 29 2021 -- all they had to do in Germany is open the valve. Biden is talking here on Feb 7 2022, so it's NOT about completion.

  9. Germany gets nothing, it only loses. The USA gets the ruining of RF-Germany relaitiions (of which the USA dreamed aloud for many years), gets the opportunity to sell their LNG to Germany (LNG 10 times more expencive than natural gas), gets German industry companies moving to the USA because it becomes to expencive to produce in Germany. And, I guess, Scholz and other German politicians get personal benefits from the USA - they couldn't be selling interests of their nation for nothing.
