Absolutely not that is a miss interpretation !! If the president was just for that state then ok but it effects every citizen of the entire USA to elect the president it is unconstitutional to forbid any state or any citizen from being able to vote for whom they want as president ! The real meaning is Colorado is trying to ban its citizens from voting for who they want to vote for treating their citizens as prisoners and removing their right to vote for who bc they want in their state, not as part of the community of the United States!

Why doesn’t the media just tell the public the truth !? The Democratic Party is trying to do a coup on the USA because it is proven they installed an incompetent president and now he must be removed ! They are attempting to remove your constitution with all your rights and freedom and replace it with their dictatorship they are calling democracy!
