I vaped for a short time while trying to quit smoking and I found it worse than smoking I had popcorn lungs and stopped vaping I did continue to smoke but I'm now almost 2 years smoke free and so thankful I beat the dirty habit, I never was a real heavy smoker most days only half a pack but that's a half a pack to much I know lol good vid thanks for sharing
