  1. putin is all talk. He has no money, most of his army has been destroyed, sanctions dont allow him to make anything high tach. The country is on the verge of bankruptcy. He says inflammatory things as he is desperate to hold onto power. Once he starts taxing every person and every business in russia to make up for the oil and gas sales losses the revolts will happen and putin will get strung up.
