  1. The current HIMARS rockets have a short range and about a 200 pound explosive warhead. These ATACMS have the longer range, GPS guided and a 500 pound explosive warhead. These are what they need to take out the Kerch bridges, both road and rail. One should put a stop to the train bridge and a couple for the road bridge.
