Putin invaded ukraine to get the land. the land has natural gas, oil, coal, steel, iron, rare metals, the black earth there is most productive soil on earth, fertilizer, wheat, sunflower seeds. 1)If putin even uses a small tactical nuke in Ukraine he cant use the land, he cant build factories or houses on radioactive land. He cant sell natural resources that are radioactive. And radiation takes hundreds and thousands of years to get down to safe levels.....so contradicts putins goals of making money off the resources. 2) Putin claims ukraine is russia, and many of the people living there are russian citizens.....so it is political suicide to kill your own people with a nuke weapon. 3) Putin has a million troops in Ukraine, killing his own troops with a nuke weapon would be the end of his career, 4) Radioactive fallout.......radiation would end up drifting and raining inside russia....so putin would be contaminating his own country, causing more economic losses and more resources he couldnt then use....and 5) Retaliation. if putin nukes anyone, russia gets turned into a glass parking lot and putin knows it. nukes only work as a deterrent to keep others from using them, once he uses them he loses the deterrent factor and becomes the target. So.....we KNOW putin will NEVER use any nukes. No point debating or considering the bluff.
