Now that Putin knows russia can never win....and now that he knows ukraine will get more and more longer range weapons and that russia will be on the receiving end of the attacks, more than Ukraine is....he wants to negotiate. Sorry, no negotiating with terrorists and bullies. Russia is still committing war crimes by attacking civilian buildings in cities. Therefore russia will have to be held responsible in war crimes tribunal courts after russia surrenders. And the sanctions dont come off until russia pays for everything it stole....and everything it destroyed in Ukraine. So russia will be bankrupt for many decades after it loses this war. If putin was smart he would pull out while he still has a small piece of his army left and a little bit of money in the bank.....
