  1. Seems misleading to even use the term "intrinsic value" because if you think about it, the value of anything is subjective based on how humans use and value that thing. Let's do a thought experiment: If we take gold for example (something that most people would say is intrinsically valuable) and let's say all humans suddenly disappeared - would gold still be "intrinsically valuable"? No, it wouldn't, since there are no people around to subjectively say so. My point is: there is only human "subjective value" - saying stuff like "valuable but not intrinsically" is nonsense.

  2. How exactly can it be shut down at any point? It's not like there are any bitcoin servers to target. This thing is decentralized!
