Although they do not like Israel, they see Israel as a force to restrain Iran, so it is understandable that they are not willing to end relations with Israel because of Palestine. Israel's existence brings economic and security benefits to them. Without Israel, Iran could dominate the Middle East, something Arab countries do not want the most. Israel's restraint on Iran helps balance the balance of power in the region, helping Arab countries stay safe.
