  4. bakermiaz, as an American, my point is that it’s up to us to do our own job. We had our own CiA intelligence reports. Nobody is to blame but us for failing to act. Geez, where’s the personal responsibility? Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korean, and China (after an initial slow response) all acted swiftly and achieved better results. Even Vietnam.
