But he got defeated by upper caste peole once more...everybody knows Islamic problem in India is because of upper caste people...Ambedkar knew after independence after getting so many rights lower caste peolpe will be empowered and so upper caste people need to have a force to balance it so the upper caste people rejected the population exchange idea and kept Muslims in India too use them as fulcrum against lower caste people and vice versa...this dishonest and selfish experiment resulted in so much damage to India.
