  9.  @gadhakumar685  there is nothing creamy about lower caste because there is no economic division among lower castes and also one lower caste doesn't discriminate against other lowed caste..people of higher post in lower caste also face caste discrimination just others...SC category one and United and you can't rule by divide..

  13.  @amansharma5241  that's because of economic status not because of caste...because there may be relatives of those well to do who would be doing low jobs and even sweeper would be having relatives which are high on economic padestal..now you say you are not from sc or St...people of higher caste taking interest in this matter itself proves that they are playing crooked game in this matter which will not be succeeded because lower caste peole are much aware.
