I have enjoyed history all of my life and unfortunately we are playing around with fire and learned nothing. Notdstream and today is a bad situation that if people don't realize what the few are up to the masses are going to suffer immensely again. Hopefully it isn't to late. @charliemunk2947 I will agree with you on the part that they were the losers and they were also from early 1942 directed by a man who was never more than a Corporal and should have not been able to direct a military period. But for the Allies it was a god send. To the point of Patton, he said it and also got himself in more hot water as always to the point that Eisenhower was crushed into a corner, between saying all kinds of stuff that infuriates the American press and people. By 1944 when these divisions were barely holding of the Russians at the Seelow heights giving the the whooping they should have never had got, they were 20% veterans, 40% kids, and 40% Volkssterm or home guard, excuse my German spelling of words.
