Probably, you won't be able to relax until you've achieved the thing you want to then you'll sit with the question "well what now?". Potentially achieving these goals might seem like it'll fix your problems but your problems might still be there. You'll be able to relax once you can sit at ease with your past problems.

Sounds like you need therapy, nothing else.

It sounds like your are in survival mode and unable to strive. This typically hapoens when trauma hasnt been processed.
