@danielbjors8460 It's the only sensible future for vehicles.

Nothing is THE solution to the climate crisis. It's a combination of several different things. Electrification of vehicles will play a very important role.

Lol where dit you get that BS. CNG causes just as much CO2 emissions as gasoline.

Pretty much all road vehicles will become battery electric. Hydrogen will simply remain too inefficient.

In Europe charging infrastructure has been changing really quickly over the last few years. Should be possible in the USA too.

@JohnDoesDrones Tesla is planning to open up their super chargers in the future to all EVs. They already did so in Europe and this works well. Again, I am convinced charging in general will get better in the USA as well. Selling kilowatt-hours is a profitable business and the number of EVs is growing quickly.

Hyundai Ioniq is what you are looking for.
1
@acelakid94 The Ioniq 5 is an SUV. The original Ioniq is a sedan.

Yeah the 500e is really cool.

@drivexyz2297 The electric grid is everywhere.
1
@drivexyz2297 Yes there is enough electric generation capacity. Most charging happens overnight when other demand is low. A regular wall outlet has enough power to charge a vehicle every night for average daily use.
1
@iced_latteZ Yes, definitely agree regarding metropolitan areas.
