  1. It's not relevant. Electric cars do not need to be 'really clean'. They only need to be cleaner than the alternatives. And that's what they are.

  3. Not really. Battery electric for pretty much all road vehicles, with some exceptions for very long or heavy haul trucks (hydrogen).

  4. Lol. Current batteries outlast the vehicle. Fuel cells wear out much faster than any battery.
