  1. ⁠​⁠​⁠ @owenboyd5674  EV is by far the most efficient solution. Synthetic fuels are a terrible way to power a passenger car and will never play any significant role. So yes, focussing on EV is in fact totally justified.

  2. Well it is a PHEV so it has a damn internal combustion engine in it. Maintenance will be closer to a regular car.
