Yes, there are exciting things going on in India. However, as I understand it, there are still big problems with high taxation, trade protection and regulatory red tape, all of which impede business growth. If more Indian states can get on the 'libertarian bandwagon', India has potential to become an economic rocket ship.

@someonespotatohmm9513 I'm not talking about "care about the ppl". I'm talking about growing the economy. If you can grow the economy, people will take care of ourselves. We are pretty good at that, as long as we can get a job and make some money.

@someonespotatohmm9513 If you don't get paid for your work, I advise you to quit immediately and find a job that does pay you. I don't know where you grew up, but the industrial revolution has created immense wealth for even the poorest compared to their situation before the industrial revolution. If, on the other hand, you compare to Jeff Bezos, then yes, everyone else is suffering.

@someonespotatohmm9513 Worker unions are something that happens naturally as workers want to increase their bargaining power in the labor market. Only authoritarian rule and repression can prevent this.
