China does release radioactive waste water from its nuclear power plants. All countries with nuclear power stations do this. That is completely normal, even if the public doesn't know about it. The reason there is such focus on Japan is because of the Fukushima disaster, but the waste water they are releasing now is so diluted that it does not present a major risk to environment or people. Likewise, the radioactive waste water China releases is not dangerous to humans or environment, either. All these countries treat the water until it becomes safe.

@Connetification "So we just believe what the Japanese said like a robot?" No, it is all monitored and approved by the IAEA, a UN organisation that has Chinese participation. They all agreed to this release, including China.

The IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency), an agency of the UN, has been overseeing Japan's efforts to make the waste water cleaner. The IAEA has approved, and recommends, the release of the waste water into the ocean. All nuclear energy powers occasionally release radioactive waste water into the ocean, not by mistake but as part of the normal running of nuclear energy plants. Japan does it, France does it, Germany, China, US, etc., etc. China has complained publicly regarding the release by Japan, but China has representatives on IAEA's team, and China's representative has been part of the approval process. Technically, China and other countries are on board with this action, but at the same time, they can use it as moral posturing.

@insmoin6925 What do you mean by '完全不一样'? Both types of waste water have been approved by the IAEA to be released into the ocean.

@greentea8852 Depends what you mean by 'normal'. The total amount planned to be released per year is about the same as nuclear power stations in Fujian and Zhejiang release every year. "donation to iaea". IAEA is a UN agency. They are fully funded by all countries around the world. There's no need to donate anything to them.
