This is nothing. There are entire countries where no one can vote.

@santhoshv3028 Most countries that today are democratic started out with only a small part of the population being able to vote. Then, over time, more and more people got the right to vote. Even today, not everyone can vote, even in countries that consider themselves fully democratic: Children cannot vote in any country.
