  1. 1: Whether the plant is built by a Chinese company or someone else shouldn't make a difference. 2: If they have a permit to build there, it's a little too late to complain. 3: Do the protesters even know if the plant will be a heavy polluter or not? Are they just expecting the worst case scenario? However...................... 4: It's possible the plant has come about because of government corruption in Hungary, which would not surprise me (or any other European). 5: But the voters have had many chances to vote for a different government, but they keep voting for the same people. You reap what you sow.
