  1. Presumably, this was just a test of a nuclear-CAPABLE missile, not a test of an actual nuclear bomb. And there's nothing wrong with testing your equipment every now and then (that's what she said).

  2.  @gkagara  Come on, countries don't just start throwing nuclear bombs all of a sudden. Using a nuclear weapon is the most serious decision a country can make and it takes careful consideration.

  5. @@wgh-cs2nw Sure, but don't we all know that Russia has a lot of missiles and nuclear weapons? Of course I understand it's meant as a kind of warning, but it's the kind of warning a weak person would send.
