  1. The aircraft types you mention have been built in 11,000 units so it's no wonder a few of them get lost every now and then. That's just a matter of probability. Your tally lists 42 incidents over 2 years. That is 2 losses/1000/year, or 1% losses every 5 years. No big deal.
