  1. What makes you say the location is promising? It's about equidistant to BJ, TJ, and Baoding. I live in Shanghai and there's a small city called PingHu that is equidistant to SHG, Hangzhou and Ningbo. But why would people want to move to a new place away from those cities when there's much more value in living in the middle of a big city? There's a reason people move to BJ or SHG and not to Baoding or Cangzhou. Big, established cities will always be more attractive.
