  1. Everybody who lives in China knows that this kind of bullying behavior from 'City Management' (城管) has been standard practice for decades. Every city person has seen it with their own eyes.

  2.  @comediangj4955  Based on the three responses to my comment, it appears people suddenly love the 城管。How times have changed. If only they would also do something about all the cars illegally parked on the sidewalk. And by the way, I like that you can get a hot potato in winter from a vendor, or a 煎饼, or some BBQ lamb sticks. I think that makes the city better.
