10 years for holding an 'experimental primary', which is essentially nothing more than an opinion poll. It holds no legal status. It is also not illegal under HK or Chinese law. Instead, they concoct this idea that it is part of a bigger plan to overthrow the government. Did they have any evidence of the truthfulness of this claim? They did not.
