  1. Agreed, though I am neither Indian nor American. India will probably always have an independent foreign policy and defense policy, but as long as India is not hostile to the west, I think we can be happy.

  2. If, in return for technological cooperation, India will also agree to sell 155mm artillery shells to the US, this could be a real win/win.
