  1. For comparison, it takes about 13 minutes to walk from HK Stadium in Happy Valley to Causeway Bay MTR station. HK Stadium is where the HK Sevens are currently taking place, in addition to big concerts. I wonder if they are going to redevelop Happy Valley into something else.
