  1. I have seen James Hong in so many movies and TV shows, not really knowing who he was. But the most memorable moment to me is his role as the restaurant manager in the Seinfeld episode "The Chinese Restaurant". A real classic! "Cartwright? Cartwright?" EDIT: Oops, I wrote this before I even started the interview. What do you know, that's what they are starting out with.
