  2. Nobody evacuated Ukrainians. They left on their own and fled to neighboring countries. The Sudanese can go to Egypt, Chad, South Sudan or Ethiopia. So many choices.

  3. What are they gonna do? The UN doesn't have its own armed forces. They only have what other countries are willing to lend them.
