Ok, so finally we find out what she was convicted of: There was a government press conference to be held, and a briefing about the conference was handed out to journalists beforehand, as usual. Journalists are not supposed to share the briefing until the press conference begins, but she shared it with other media a few minutes before the event began. And for that, she was given 3 years in prison.

@AL-sj2dx For releasing a press release a few minutes early? It was going to get released to the public a few minutes later, anyway. Don't you think 170 years, or even 3 years is a little extreme?

@AL-sj2dx "not even in jail". Oh, well then everything is fine. I'm sure she'll agree with that. I was only detained for three years, not even in real jail.

@AL-sj2dx How do you know it's more? Do you have any evidence, or is it just a belief you have? Without evidence, your argument doesn't hold water.

@thelastofthehitachi972 Oh, I'm aware of it!

@Kimmimaro86 Give one example of that EVER happening. Just one!

@kastus77 You think those two cases are similar? One steals and releases thousands of classified documents. The other hands over a copy of a press release to another journalist a few minutes too early, a press release that would be released to the public, anyway, a press release that did not contain any national secrets.

@Kimmimaro86 If I look at Nancy Pelosi, what do you expect me to see?

@mrj428 Yes, she gave the foreign MEDIA agency the documents a few minutes before they were released to the public. These were not secret documents, they were intended to be public, just a little later.

@mrj428 I challenge you to find any detailed information on what exactly she was arrested for, if not for what was said by her.
