This is by no means a new idea, but it's nice to see it implemented. It can help towards achieving one of China's goals: Lowering CO2 emissions. Keep it up.

Actually, excess heat from nuclear power stations has been used for heating homes in Europe since the 1980s. It's not new over there.

@samy8897 Well, you could say it's never possible to completely eliminate risk, but remember that we have used nuclear energy for decades to heat water. That's how electricity is generated: The fission process heats water, a pipe with clean water is brought through the basin, the clean water gets heated up to boiling point, the steam from that water drives the turbines that make electricity, the hot steam must be cooled down in cooling towers where some of it evaporates into the air. Because this is potentially dangerous, much effort is made to make sure that that water does not become contaminated with radioactive material. These same safe guards are used when piping the 'waste' water into district heating systems. I hope that's useful.
