  1. Seems to be raining a lot around the world these days. China, Japan, the US and some other places I forgot about have all seen flooding in recent days.

  2.  @nancymcgee4776  Sure, but it doesn't always flood in summer. Rain, yes, but not necessarily flooding. It's a bit of a wave, excuse the pun.
