  2. There's really no reason to speed up production of SpaceX rockets since they can be reused many times. Some of them have flown up to 15 times. So whereas this new plant in Hainan can build 50 rockets per year, SpaceX can make the same number of launches with perhaps just 4 to 6 rockets. (The two rockets are not identical, though. SpaceX Falcon 9 is designed for Low Earth Orbit, while the LM-8 is designed for Sun Synchronous Orbit)
