I agree with Aaron and I want to see this interview transported to Gaza: Aaron: "Sir, why are you violating the quiet car" Mr. Ali: "Hey, there's a war going on here, we're being bombed and I'm trying to get to the shelter" Aaron: "I know, but violating the quiet car is also a serious issue. Why are you doing it"? Mr. Ali: "Look, I want to get to the bomb shelter. Please leave me alone" Aaron: "I just want to know why you violated the quiet car regulations" Mr. Ali: "I'm leaving"!!

@jessemhd33 But the quote ""you're breaking the rules of how we operate on amtrak" was said by the Amtrak employee, not by the senator. Amtrak threw Aaron off the train, not the senator.

@knowledgeispower6726 Sure, but it's no shame to simply state the rules as you have been told them. In the end, it's Amtrak that threw Aaron off. Besides, imagine it's you sitting on the train and Alex Jones comes over and starts pestering you with questions about Democrat demons and black helicopters and won't go away. I'd ask train personnel for help, too. Same if it was a Jehovah's Witness.

@knowledgeispower6726 "even less shame". There's no shame in stating any of those rules. You can't say 'even less than no shame'. Yes, you're not a public servant, but you have the same capacity to be annoyed by strangers approaching you in public. Even people who are elected officials should be granted a chance for some privacy on their commute.

@knowledgeispower6726 I think you know what I meant. When you say there's 'even less shame' in something there is already no shame in saying, you're implying that there IS more shame in stating the rules. But there isn't. There is no shame in stating any of the two things. They are equally without shame.
