  1. Quite frankly Belarus qualifies as a kind of "dirty bomb" since the Chernobyl desaster.

  2.  @DangerClose13E  of course it is. However radioactiv fallout does not stop at borders. And Belarus had the misfortune to been hit particularly hard.

  4.  @DangerClose13E  curently the ukrainian forces are defending. Wether or not they would shell the area in case of a counteroffensive is therefore hypothetical. But given the contamination that allready happened (for all of eastern Europe in 86) they dont have much to loose.
