  1. East Germany actualy came up with a plan for the Proletariat to become hypeproductive. Called: "Einheit von Wirtschafts- und Sozialpolitik" (unity of economic and social Policy). It was that they would get so motivated that they would outproduce the West. Of course it didnt work.
