  2. Well, if you only take Ukrainian refugees into Account, but not the russian ones, you can fudge the numbers into putins favor. If you take a honnest aproach, you have to wonder if russia could dare to mobilise without risking a mass exodus.

  4. A substantial part of the russian population are not ethical russians, so probably (even) less motivated to fight (and die) in putins war.
