'We' have to tip-toe around students, they run and complain to management at the slightest 'provocation'. Management are petrified of ranting parents who offer no support in terms of behaviour management. Indeed, some parents refuse to allow their children to even sit detentions, imagine what their behaviour is like, in lessons! Staff get abused on a daily basis, apparently these 'misunderstood' individuals are having a 'difficult time' and are thus allowed to express themselves in any way they see fit. I despise the PC culture, yet PC management were on top of us like a 'tonne of bricks' for the slightest 'infraction'. Glad I'm 'out of it'!
