Absolutely appalling. These idiots are putting lives at risk. If that's NOT a good enough reason to arrest & prosecute them, I don't know what is.

@danielloh1174 There is NO evidence to support that statement. JSO haven't saved a SINGLE life. Don't talk about future lives, that cannot be determined.
