  1. The residents of Birmingham, are going to see huge increases in their council tax. Why should they be 'punished', for Birmingham City council financial mismanagement/incompetence? The residents of Birmingham, are NOT at fault. Those responsible for this debacle, should be jailed. The Post office were quick to press charges, and jail those they thought responsible for 'financial mismanagement', when it was actually their 'software', that was at fault. Let's see those responsible in Birmingham City council, face the full force of the law.
