  3. Of course it is! The reason? Criminals feel 'untouchable'! Police NEVER turn up to crimes! Unless of course, you apprehend a criminal yourself, then the Police arrest YOU, for 'taking the law into your own hands'! The CRIMINAL then presses charges against YOU! 100% TRUE story. My friends wife is a manager, of a large Sainsburys store. Gangs of 'youths' were cycling around the underground car park, damaging cars. The security staff asked them to move away, they just received abuse and threats from these vile individuals. When the Police finally arrived, the FIRST the the Police officers did, was to ask the 'youths' in the security guards had 'over stepped' their authority and manhandled or touched any of them! They were MORE interested, in protecting the 'rights' of these cretins!
