  1. 100% it WAS a 'false flag' incident. For these reasons: 1. How could a slow flying drone, navigate it's way safely, through one of the most heavily defended areas in Russia? 2. If it was an assassination attempt on Putin, in the Kremlin, the drone would have had to be carrying a substantial explosive payload, it wasn't. 3. When the drone exploded, above the roof, there was no damage to the roof, or to the two individuals on the roof. 4. The flag flying, 2 - 3 meters above the roof, wasn't burnt or singed, by the explosion.
