Russian's are leaving Russia, to AVOID conscription! 'An upper estimate is for 700,000 Russians to have fled conscription since it was announced. Many went to Kazakhstan, Serbia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Georgia, and Finland.'!! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
