'31 NATO countries plus Ukraine, vs Russia. Yet Russia is still in Ukraine.'
What kind of nonsense are you talking?! π€ππ€£
Here are the FACTS.
NATO is supporting Ukraine, with military hardware, ammunition, intelligence, training, supply. NO NATO troops fighting in Ukraine.
It's NOT Russia alone! Russia is being supported by: China, Iran, Syria, Belarus, North Korea, India, Eritrea.
How could you have possibly forgotten, that?! π€ππ€£

Β @jackhand2051Β Incorrect!
'The war began on 25 December 1979, when the Soviets brought their 40th Army to fight in Afghanistan, and lasted until 15 February 1989, when they announced that all of their troops had left the country. About 15,000 Soviet soldiers were killed, and about 35,000 were wounded.'
'American service members killed in Afghanistan: 2,358. U.S. contractors: 3,846. Afghan national military and police: 66,000. Other allied service members, including from other NATO member states: 1,144.'
I'm always spot on with my figures. I Don't want any Pro-Putin/Pro-Russian bots/trolls think they can catch me out! ππ€£ππ€£
Let's NOT forget, the Soviets also killed 2 MILLION Afghan civilians. I'm sure you wouldn't want me to omit that figure?! π€π

Β @jackhand2051Β You keep in mind, the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan in 1979. During their 10 year occupation, they managed to kill 2 MILLION Afghan civilians. They also used Biological & Chemical weapons.
'The Soviets have used lethal chemical weapons in Afghanistan including nerve agents, phosgene or phosgene oxide and mustard gas.'
'In countries where chemical weapons have been employed by the Soviets or their allies-Afghanistan, Laos, Kampuchea, and, years ago, Yemen-they were used to eliminate the resistance of stubborn, highly resilient irregular forces located in inaccessible mountainous or jungle terrain.'
Yes, the US were in Afghanistan for 20 years, in that time, the civilian death rate, was less that 1/20th of that of the Soviet Union.
It was never called a 'Special Military Operation'! ππ

Β @jackhand2051Β No, the figures I gave were/are absolutely correct. The Afghan National Security Forces loses, whilst unfortunate, cannot be 'attached' to NATO figures, and they are not. I've done multiple searches regarding NATO losses in Afghanistan, none attach the ANSF to NATO's 'tally'.
I checked, Statista, AP news, Wiki, US department of def, France 12, The Guardian etc. ALL listed ANSF deaths separately.
So, the figures I stated, are right, they just don't suit your Pro-Putin/Pro-Russian narrative! ππ€£ππ€£
'NATO forces lost 3,579 is bad considering what NATO was there to do.' Of course those 3,579 deaths are bad. I never inferred otherwise.
Still, less than the 15,000 that the Soviet Union, lost. As I originally stated.

Β @jackhand2051Β Ahh, yes, I see what we have here. The typical YouTube troll, who doesn't have the intelligence, maturity or education to acknowledge when he is wrong.
Individuals like you, are 'Ten a penny' here. No matter what evidence/convincing arguments someone poses, you'll just attempt discredit their argument, because it doesn't suit your narrative. Yet, you've shown NO, convincing 'evidence' to support your position?! π
Predictably, you try to discredit the actual number of NATO/Coalition deaths, by inferring that the figures from the US defence department, are somehow 'bogus'! π
Whilst conveniently, ignoring the other, quoted sources! ππ
So, my ABSOLUTELY CORRECT figures, are corroborated by multiple, independent sources.
