  1. Yeah, I've seen this BS posted before, too. Time to educate you! Ukraine had it's independence authorised by Boris Yeltsin in 1991. This makes it legally binding. Ukraine is a democratic, independent & sovereign country. It does NOT have to seek permission, from Russia, for ANYTHING! When the Soviet Union collapsed, the 'Warsaw pact' ceased to exist. Some of those now independent countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Albania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia) that were once Soviet and Soviet aligned, CHOSE to join NATO. Russia has instigated NATO expansion, by invading Ukraine. Sweden and Finland, had NO intention of joining NATO, until Ukraine was invaded. BEFORE Russia invaded Ukraine, ONLY 6% of Russia's borders were with NATO members. That is a FACT.
