If people CHOOSE (and that the important distinction here) to comment here, where the predominant language used is English, they should be capable of 'writing' their thoughts/comments/opinions in reasonable English. I would NOT take part in a discussion, if Arabic/Chinese was the predominate language being used. I know my limitations, they should know theirs.
